HOW TO CREATE A BUYER PROFILE OR ACCOUNT?

Use the main search bar in the website to filter through the export offer of the Province of Córdoba by company, product or tariff number. In addition, by registering and creating a Buyer Profile or Account, you will also have the possibility to create your own online catalog, in which you can enter and file information about the companies or products you are interested in.

      1) Access www.exportadoresdecordoba.com
      2) Go to "Login to my Buyer account"
      3) If you already have a Buyer profile, enter your username and password.
      4) If you do not have a Buyer profile, click on "Register now".
      5) Fill in the required information to gain access as a registered user. The username will be the email address specified in the registration form.
      6) Once the form is completed, your user will activate automatically and you will be able to access your profile and change or update your information, and carry out searches and/or generate your lists or catalogs.

HOW TO SEARCH BY PRODUCT OR SERVICE?

In www.exportadoresdecordoba.com you can search by PRODUCT or SERVICE and select filters to narrow down your search, so that you get the results that best fit your requirements.

To search by product or service:

      1) Go to the main search bar. In the first option, PRODUCT/SERVICE, enter the product or service you want to find, such as peanut, software, agricultural machinery, etc. Click on FIND.
      2) A list will show all the Córdoba companies which either export their products and services or have a potential for export, and which offer the product or service you are looking for.
      3) On the left column, there will display options to apply FILTERS TO THE SEARCH. In this case, a "MULTIPLE SEARCH" is allowed, i.e., more than one filter can be selected to adjust the search results. This allows you to narrow down the search by applying filters in order to get results that include:
          - A specific tariff number.
          - A specific export category: regular exporter, occasional exporter or soon-to-be exporter.
          - Export destination country: this is useful if you wish to limit the search by export experience to specific markets.
          - General sectors: Primary Products, Manufactured Goods of Agricultural Origin, Manufactured Goods of Industrial Origin, Fuels and Energy, Services.
          - Categories of products or services.
          - Quality standards: this is useful if you wish to limit the search only to companies that meet certain quality standards.
          - Chambers and Associations: this is useful if you wish to limit the search only to companies that are members of certain business entities.
          - Cities: this is useful if you wish to limit the search only to companies located in a certain city or cities.
      4) The name of the company that produces and exports the searched product will show in each of the search results. You can access the company’s profile to learn more about it, see its contact information or even send, through a form, a query about the characteristics of and quotations for the products you are interested in. The query will be sent by email to the company’s authorized contact.
      5) To the right of each of the search results you will see the "ADD TO MY SUPPLIER LIST" option. You can select one or all of the search results.
      6) Once you have added the search results you are interested in, you can go to "VIEW MY LIST" (which will display above the search results). Click on that option to open a list of the search results you selected to be included as suppliers.
      7) Above this list, you will see the option "CREATE SUPPLIER LIST". Clicking there will open a new window where you can name the list and add a brief description. The list of suppliers is thus generated and saved so that it can be accessed again at another time.
      8) If you are logged in with your Buyer profile or account, you will be able to move forward through the supplier list creation process. If you are not logged in or do not yet have a Buyer account, the site will redirect you to login for you to enter the username and password or to register (See instructions here). Once this step is completed, you will be able to proceed with the creation and saving of the supplier list.
      9) Whenever you log in with your Buyer profile or account, you will be able to find and view the supplier list you have generated and saved by clicking on the "MY LISTS" option. There you can see and edit the lists, add more companies, contact all suppliers included in the list at the same time or share the generated catalog. Each supplier list can include up to 25 companies.

HOW TO SEARCH BY COMPANY?

In www.exportadoresdecordoba.com you can search by COMPANY and select filters to narrow down your search, so that you get the results that best fit your requirements.

To search by COMPANY:

      1) Go to the main search bar. In the second option, COMPANY, enter the name of the company you want to find or a word you believe to be part of said name. Click on FIND.
      2) The company you have searched for will show if you specified its name. Otherwise, if you have entered a word that you believe to be part of the name of the company, a list of all the companies that contain this word in their name will appear. For example, if you have entered the word "maní", the list will show all the companies that contain this word in their name.
      3) On the left column, there will display options to apply FILTERS TO THE SEARCH. In this case, a "MULTIPLE SEARCH" is allowed, i.e., more than one filter can be selected to adjust the search results.           - CUIT (Tax ID Number)/ Company name or Trade name: you can search by COMPANY using this data.

          - General sectors: Primary Products, Manufactured Goods of Agricultural Origin, Manufactured Goods of Industrial Origin, Fuels and Energy, Services.

HOW TO SEARCH BY TARIFF NUMBER?

In www.exportadoresdecordoba.com you can search by TARIFF NUMBER and select filters to narrow down your search, so that you get the results that best fit your requirements.

To search by TARIFF NUMBER:

      1) Go to the main search bar. In the third option, TARIFF NUMBER, enter the tariff number you want to find. Click on FIND.
      2) A list will show all companies that produce and/or sell the products categorized under that tariff number.
      3) On the left column, there will display options to apply FILTERS TO THE SEARCH. In this case, a “MULTIPLE SEARCH” is allowed, i.e., more than one filter can be selected to adjust the search results. This allows you to narrow down the search by applying filters in order to get results that include:
          - A specific export category: regular exporter, occasional exporter or soon-to-be exporter.

HOW TO CREATE SUPPLIER LISTS OR CATALOGS?

In order to facilitate and optimize the search process, www.exportadoresdecordoba.com allows you to generate and create SUPPLIER LISTS or CATALOGS of all the companies you are interested in.

In order to move forward through the supplier list creation process, you must be logged in with your BUYER PROFILE OR ACCOUNT. If you are not logged in or do not yet have a Buyer account, the site will redirect you to login for you to enter the username and password or to register (See instructions here). Once this step is completed, you will be able to proceed with the creation and saving of the supplier list.

      1) Carry out a search using the main Search bar. Search by PRODUCT/SERVICE, COMPANY or TARIFF NUMBER.
      2) To the right of each of the search results you will see the "ADD TO MY SUPPLIER LIST" option. You can select one or all of the search results.
